Stacey was very accommodating. She listened to my concern with not being able to sign up to Host Baby because there was very likely an issue on the technical side with the Host Baby site. She placed me on hold to check on the potential issue. Returned, and notified me of the Host Baby site being down and that IT was aware of it. She provided me 2 options: Call back later or give her my email address, and she would contact me once the site was again "up". And, she did. I appreciate it because I had moved on to other issues/work, and had forgotten about it. Thank you for the prompt customer service. It makes a HUGE difference in my decision on with whom I choose to do business. Have a great rest of the day!

Stacey was actually the only person who figured it out right away (she was right by the way). I was suspicious it might be because the song had a week-later release date. 5 reps at CDBaby didn't suggest that might be the reason. Finally a CDBaby supervisor was able to look in my account and tell me that the later release date was why the song hadn't shown up yet..

Somehow she just fixed something which she says wasn't broken, even though it was broken for sure at my end, and when she said it's fixed, it was in deed fixed. If I had a successful business as you do, CDBaby management, I would leer her into working for me instead and snatch up this talent, Seriously! Then I would make it a big priority to keep her happy so she doesn't want to leave me.
You see, Stacey has helped me on other issues also before, and some challenging ones also, but just that I didn't have the opportunity to reply since I was really busy with difficult issues at my end.
